Dmitry Capyrin
Nervously and Tenderly
for Flute, Violin, violoncello and Piano
The main thematic material for this composition are short melo-harmonic complexes., dispersed between a number of instruments and linked with each other by the single harmonic logic. From the beginning of the piece, the chain of these short groups creates a memorable thematic core, which will be frequently repeated in different varies and tessituras between episodes, which overtime will be longer and contrasting than the original material, showing some similarities to the traditional rondo form.
